Unless the Buyer agrees otherwise, in accordance with the Personal Data Law, the Seller may only collect and store personal information necessary for the Seller to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement. The Accounting Law requires us to store transaction data for 5 years. To safeguard customers’ rights in relation to warranties and complaints in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, the Purchase Act and our conditions of sale, we store purchase history for 10 years.

13. Conflict resolution
